Easter with Grandma!

Casey's Grandma York came from Nebraska to see us for Easter and we had such a nice time seeing our little guy through new eyes. Annette and I were even able to take an evening off from the boy and go to a show while Grandma stayed with him.
The weather is getting nicer and we are taking more evening walks around the neighborhood which also makes us feel like normal people.

Casey's tummy time video

I know a lot of you like to see videos of Casey so here are a couple new ones. I recorded the first part of tummy-time and he looked pretty content, but you can rest assured that he melted down about a minute later (doesn't really like tummy-time very well). He is much happier laying on his back kicking the little ball on his play mat, although he's not terribly energetic in this video. He's really getting big and is on the verge of being able to hold up his head. He can sit up (propped) for a few minutes for pictures but eventually starts to lean one way or the other.

First trip to church.

Well, I just couldn't resist this one. Casey went to church for the first time Sunday and here are the before and after photos.

Casey at 3 months!

With leap year, we were able to say that Casey was officially 3 months old on Feb. 29th. He's smiling alot more these days, cooing, noticing his hands, grabbing things, SLEEPING MUCH LONGER AT NIGHT, and taking good daytime naps (allowing mommy to work at least 4 hours a day). Here are a few pictures from the last few days.

Also, I had a nice unexpected visit at Bryan and Lori's last week when my flight from Boston was canceled. We made chocolate chip cookies and played computer games for the short period I was there. Bryan was in Florida at the time (poolside I'm sure) but Lori, the kids, and I had a great time.
