We're back from our trip to South Carolina for Christmas (and back to the ol' grindstone, I guess). We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and look forward to an exciting new year! We finally got some real snow in Newport News and, of course, we missed it ... again. The last time we had a foot of snow or more was in 2004 while we were away at Christmas! The good news is that there was enough left when we got home to play in and build a snowman.
Here are some pictures, and probably more videos than you need (but Casey likes to watch the videos on the blog, so I put up a few extras! I hope they work. I know sometimes they have problems on blogspot).

Oh, and here's our new car! Kia Sportage! (we didn't take it on the trip, but are enjoying it now that we are back home)

A boy and his clock! (napping on the way to SC)

glued to the tube (and there's the clock again!)

The boys goofing off ... and Casey is not the goofiest one of the group! -- Casey (3), Matthew (10), and Michael (15)

Still in South Carolina (we got a couple inches there too!)

Putting together his car (in a symphony of clashing stripes!)

wrestling with Matthew

A snowman named "Frosty-Sneezy-Sam"

He's just a blur going down this slide!
We usually enjoy his commentary even more than the action in these videos.
The new clock in action.
He loves to go to this place. He learned to climb up this big slide this time. Only got run over by big kids a couple times :)
Casey is back at his desk being productive already! Getting those emails cranked out!
