Back to the beach (and time to watch what we say!)

Another week at the beach and once again fun was had by all. Annette and I went to a movie and out to dinner by ourselves and we all played on the beach and at the pool. We're starting to hear more recognizable (more or less) words from Casey too. We realize that he really has been listening to us the whole time and has finally decided to chime in. One of his new favorite phrases is "oh no" said sort of randomly. He is starting to be able to finish sentences in some of his favorite books, and can identify the cats by name (even in pictures). He calls Lilly "Bibby"--very cute! I'll try to get a video of him talking, but it's hard now that he is obsessed with looking at the pictures on the camera any time you take it out, so I can't always get pictures and videos when I want to.

Anyway, here are some new ones, basically in order of how Casey's week went at the beach.

His new tray goes over his car seat.

He basically walked (ran) back and forth to the ocean to get water to pour into his other bucket.

voila!

bath twice a day to get the sand and then the chlorine off.

nap time

bed time

These things really aren't designed for anyone over 4 1/2 feet to climb into

Sorry this is sideways, (totally my fault) but it's worth watching the out of control baby on the slide (we decided he shouldn't do this too many more times--a little wild)

looking down at the pool.

Back home and happy to see Belle again!

Playing with his latch board. Listen for the doorbell imitation at the very end.
