Who wouldn't love a 6 ft. fuzzy bunny?

Hope you all had a nice Easter! We have had a nice visit with Casey's Nebraska Grandma this week (she was here for Easter and stayed while Annette was in DC for 5 days- and leaves tomorrow :( Casey has been having a great time directing her here and there and playing inside and out. I knew he had gotten used her when I came home from working a half day on Friday, went upstairs and Casey practically shoved me back down the stairs because he didn't want me up there while he was playing with Grandma. He was very glad to see Mommy again though. Looked at her and said "Mommy came back!"

He LOVED the Easter Bunny. Almost missed the Easter egg hunt because he was looking to see where the bunny went. Makes us feel good about trying to get a picture with Santa this year (or maybe the "Christmas Bunny" as Casey said)

The first taste of "Laffy Taffy"

the look of a "Laffy Taffy" chewing kid on Easter morning.

And here are some videos from the park where Casey followed a "big kid" around doing some big kid things.

Thankfully, Casey did not try the big kid method of going down the slide.

But he did kind of like playing on the big kid swings. (his little friend--probably almost 4 years old-- ran and jumped in his swing first and Casey had to try it)
